Sólo tengo veintiún años, pero creo en mí y quiero ser un sprinter ‘top’ en el futuro».[:en]Caja Rural-Seguros RGA adds another rider for the next season with the signing of the Polish Alan Banaszek (Warsaw, 1997). With this movement, the team reaffirms its commitment to young values, since in 2019 he will still be under 23.

Banaskez is a fast man who spent the last three seasons in the Polish team CCC Sprandi. He arrives to the Navarre team with five professional victories in 2017 and several positions of honor this year.

He also has great experience in the track, where he was proclaimed European Champion in 2017 in the Points race. These results helped him to improve his abilities in the road and to develop his conditions in the massive arrivals, where he hopes to continue making progress next year.

The Young polish joins the signings of Jon Aberasturi, Matteo Malucelli, Domingos Gonçalves, Xavi Cañellas and David González to face an exciting campaign.

Alan Banaszek: “Caja Rural-Seguros RGA has a long and prestigious history in cycling. My fellow countryman Michal Kwiatkowski started his career here and it is a dream to follow in his footsteps. I am looking forward to start working with the team and make next season a successful one. Obviously Caja Rural-Seguros RGA has a great structure and race calendar. I’m sure it will be the right environment for me to learn and grow as a sprinter. My goals are to work hard for the team. I know that there are going to be many experienced sprinters in the team and I would like to help, grow and learn from them. I’m only 21, but I believe in myself and I want to be a top sprinter in the future».
